Refund policy

Please read our return policy carefully before placing an order.

 

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union and applicable consumer protection laws grant you a right of withdrawal, you may request to return your order within 14 days of receiving your item, provided that:

  • The item is returned in its original condition.
  • The item is unused and undamaged.
  • The item is returned with any original packaging and accompanying materials.
  • Proof of purchase is provided.

To request a return, please contact us at jobshop@jobvandenberg.com before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Unless otherwise required by law, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

 

Customers Outside the European Union

For orders shipped outside the European Union, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or cancellations based on a change of mind, buyer's remorse, or personal preference.

However, if your order:

  • arrives damaged during transit,
  • contains a manufacturing defect, or
  • you receive the wrong item,

please contact us within 7 days of delivery at jobshop@jobvandenberg.com with photographs and a description of the issue. We will review the case and, where appropriate, provide a replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion.

 

Custom and Personalized Products

Custom-made, commissioned, or personalized products are not eligible for return or cancellation once production has begun, except where required by applicable law.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you believe your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and determine an appropriate solution.

 

Refunds

If a return is approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
